Yes. Arsène 45 can be driven from age 14 with an AM license (BSR). Arsène 80 and Arsène Sport require a Category B driving license.

Arsène offers a minimum range of 80 km on a full charge, with a charging time of less than 2 hours on a standard home outlet. An optional second battery can double the range.
