Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern membership in the Arsène Club, offered by MHV-Véhicules SAS (Arsène Manufacture).
Membership entitles the member to :
- Priority access to information relating to the vehicle’s development, and the opportunity to participate in surveys concerning product definition choices;
- Priority access to private test sessions;
- Priority access when pre-orders open;
- An exclusive benefit reserved for members when placing a pre-order, including a vehicle configuration option with a value higher than the Club membership fee offered free of charge;
- Inclusion in the official list of Club members.
Article 2 – Price
The membership fee is set at :
€50 (incl. VAT)
VAT included at the applicable rate (20%).
Membership has no time limit.
Article 3 – Nature of the membership
Membership constitutes a service granting access to a private club and to exclusive benefits reserved for members.
It does not constitute :
- a donation,
- a deposit toward a future order,
- or a vehicle reservation.
Future benefits are conditional upon the opening of pre-orders.
Article 4 – Personal nature
Membership is :
- personal,
- non-assignable,
- non-transferable.
Article 5 – Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the member has a period of 14 calendar days from the date of payment to exercise their right of withdrawal.
However, when confirming the membership, the member may request the immediate performance of the service and expressly waive their right of withdrawal.
In the event of an express waiver :
- membership becomes final and binding,
- no refund may be claimed.
In the event that the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period:
- the amount will be fully refunded,
- the member will be immediately removed from the list of members,
- all present and future benefits will be permanently forfeited.
To request the immediate performance of the service (and thereby expressly waive the right of withdrawal), or to exercise the right of withdrawal (and request a refund of the amount of €50 incl. VAT), the member must send an email to the following address: contact@arsene-manufacture.com
Article 6 – No refund
Except for the applicable statutory right of withdrawal, membership is non-refundable.
Article 7 – Liability
The company shall not be held liable for :
- the non-launch of the project,
- a postponement of the opening of pre-orders,
- any changes to the benefits.
Membership grants access to a status and certain benefits, without any guarantee of future commercialization.
Article 8 – Governing Law These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
